Can I study in Germany with Gap in my studies?
Here is the answer.
Hi
Welcome back to my website I Hope you all are enjoying the beautiful summertime and having fun with your family and loved ones. I have been very busy recently so could not upload a blog for almost I thing to three weeks.
I am extremely sorry for that Once again but as mentioned I Have been very busy and have not given any time to my website.
I have been getting a lot of good feedback from you guys and II am so so grateful for that.
Thank you so much for all the love and support that you have been giving me and II do read each and every comment. I have also been replying to one or another comment in my free time but if II had missed anyone or a few please leave me a short note in the comments section below, and II will get back to you as soon as possible.
So today with you, II will be answering one of my viewer's questions one of you guys had asked me if I could talk about this study gap when applying for a German student visa and so how much gap is acceptable in two days' blog, I will be too
talking about the question of how much gap is acceptable when applying for a student visa in Germany.
Unfortunately, there is no simple answer to this particular question, because it is different for each individual and it really varies from person to person.
But yes let us suppose you have a steady gap of only two or maybe a maximum of three years it should not be a big problem. However, you should be able to mention, what you have been doing in those two or three years. So if you have just been sitting at home or doing odd jobs you might if the is some difficulties getting the student visa.
But if you have been racking and you can also deal with where and for how long you have been faking it should not be a problem.
some people do start a job right after a bachelors and want to gain some years of experience and then after some time they change their minds and plan to go ahead and want to get higher studies in that case it might not affect your application negatively because you are no longer a
fresh graduate but you have also gained some work experience.
But yes let me mention that you should have worked in the same field.
So whatever your subjects were for your bachelor you should also have experience in the same subject. I somewhat related to your studies so if someone has more then yes but if someone has more than five years of the gap you might get problems to go getting a student visa. I'm not saying that you will not get admission to the university.
But you will definitely have trouble getting a visa. So that means usually the Embassy might be reluctant to issue you a visa and to convince the embassy to issue you
student visa after such a long delay in your studies might be a problem.
so I'm like I already said the problem is not that you will not be able to enroll yourself in a university. But the problem will be definitely getting a student visa.
Another thing is if you have not worked in your field. So it can have negative effects let's suppose you did bachelors in IT and ended up working in marketing this might be an issue as well.
Because you then have to decide if you will be doing masters in IT or if you would like to carry on with marketing. So getting student reasons might be a little difficult as well.
But of course, if you are able to give a very good reason, which is acceptable for why you did not work in your field and went to work in a completely different field you might have some chances as well.
This was it for today's blog I hope it was useful and I was able to answer the question properly. If there is any confusion or if there is any suggestion or you want me to talk about any particular subject in my coming would you please leave me a coming down below and I'll be getting back to you as soon as possible take care and bye-bye.
